Francesca is a Privacy Officer operating in the field of technology law and digital law, in particular in relation to the data protection legislation (GDPR – regulation EU 2016/679).
She gained significant training and experience in in the legal departments of international companies, such as Google and Telecom Italia, where she dealt with privacy law and worked as legal consultant for a company in Milan dealing with digital law.
She cooperated with La Sapienza University and the Italian Ministry of Economic Development. This experience allowed Francesca to develop a deep knowledge in data protection law.
Francesca is member of Federprivacy Association and Community of CIS La Sapienza of Rome.
She graduated with honors from the Bocconi University of Milan in 2010 with a final dissertation on “Online privacy and advertising techniques” and then obtained a Master of Second Level on Information security and strategic information in 2016 from the Computer faculty of La Sapienza in Rome. She got a Master in Privacy Officer and Privacy counselling powered by Federprivacy.
She is also a privacy consultant certified with license cdp_240 TUV Italia, ISO/IEC 17024:2012.
She had been a speaker in multiple occasions for meetings on privacy matters also at national level, such as the Privacy Day Forum in 2016 and she is a contributor of the book “Conversione Digitale – la vita ai tempi della web technology”, by A. Alongi and F. Pompei published by Alpes publishing.
She speaks Italian and English.
