Giorgia Lovecchio Musti

Giorgia specialises in labour law and has acquired specific competence in all issues related to employment law matters: from employment contracts to dismissal procedures, even collective, from corporate restructuring and reorganization procedures to agency contracts and relevant litigation, assisting both Italian and foreign companies.

She also gained experience in commercial and corporate law, banking and financial intermediaries law, assisting major banking groups in the resolution of disputes regarding financial intermediation as well as compound interest and ultra-legal interests.

She graduated ‘with honours’ in 2000, discussing a thesis on “Non-contractual liability and criteria for its imputation”.

She got a master’s degree at the School of Business Administration of Turin and she attended the two-year High Education School in labour law and social security law directed by AGI – Association of Italian Labor Lawyers, of which it has been a member since 2016.

She was tutor on ‘Commercial Criminal Law and white collar’s crimes’ on the module held by Prof. Alessandra Rossi of University of Turin.

She was admitted to the Turin Bar in 2003 and she has been admitted to practice at the Supreme Court in 2016.
